SELLING A PROPERTY
The selling of a property can be an emotional time, so at
Ultimate Property Transfers we like to make it as easy as
possible for you.
In order to sell a property, you need to prepare a Vendors
Statement (sometimes referred to as a Section 32
statement). If you would like us to prepare it for you

to obtain our Vendor’s (Section 32)
Statement – Information Sheet. Upon receipt fill it out and either email
or fax it to us along with the supporting documentation that
is referred to in the Information Sheet. If you have any
questions about completing it please call us on 1800 357

As soon as we have your completed Information Sheet, your
Vendors Statement will be promptly prepared and sent to your
nominated real estate agent.
What do I need to do next?
NOTHING!
Sit back and relax. There is nothing further for us to do
until your property is sold. But, if you have any questions
about the proposed sale terms/special conditions suggested
by your real estate agent then simply call us.
What happens when my property has sold?
Your real estate agent will forward the signed contract to
us and we will
attend to all of your conveyancing needs from the contract signing until
settlement.
Will I need to come to your offices?
Who has time for unnecessary appointments these days?
Unless there is a special need to, you can do all of this
from the comfort of your home.
What will it cost me?
Our fixed conveyancing fees are itemized on
the Vendor’s (Section 32) Statement – Information Sheet. There are no hidden extras
and no surprises!
